Leads Matter is a boutique firm of communication experts whose sole purpose is to acquire and maintain new business for its Clients. Leads Matter was established in 2011 by the founder, Janette Wittwer.
Clients who engage in Leads Matter will be assigned a loyal, motivated and dedicated person whose expertise is to:
- Become a seamless extension and representation of its Clients.
- Interview Clients to discover their ideal lead requirements and expectations.
- Gain knowledge of the Clients’ products and services.
- Research ideal leads provided by the Clients and developed by Leads Matter.
- Qualify researched leads to comply with the Client’s ideal requirements.
- Build strong professional Customer relationships on behalf of its Clients.
- Educate prospects as to the benefits of the Client’s’ products or services.
- Turn over “close ready” leads to the respective Leads Matter Client.
- Provide a monthly accountability report outlining qualified prospects
- Make sure all prospects provided by Leads Matter have been closed. If not, why?
- Follow up with a phone call to learn new Clients’ level of satisfaction. If the Client is dissatisfied in anyway, Leads Matter will immediately step in to resolve their concerns.
- Leads Matter will follow through by continuing to build a loyal relationship with new Clients.
- The objective is to ensure Customer loyalty for the Client, obtain letters of recommendation and referrals and if appropriate, up sell any other required products or services.
- Celebrate new found sales.
The top five things Leads Matter requires from Clients to ensure a successful outcome are:
- Outline of the Ideal Customers required.
- Information and marketing materials on all Clients’ products or services.
- Cost to engage in these products and services.
- Any current prospects that need to become “close ready”.
- Referrals from previous happy Customers.
Leads Matter prides itself on proven results and client satisfaction. Clients will sign an initial three month Letter of Agreement outlining the terms and conditions of the professional relationship. Based on experience, three months has proven to show results, become familiar with the Clients’ products and services and maintain momentum.
After three months, both parties will meet to determine whether they want to continue the professional relationship and discuss new terms and conditions. Leads Matter recommends working for a minimum of a year. Utilizing Leads Matter’s services for a period of twelve months will establish and produce consistent revenue-generating momentum and outcome.
